If you have not received any responses from buyers by contacting them through our online feedback system by clicking the "Contact Now" button, you are advised to consider the following factors to improve your feedback:
1. Your quotation is not timely. Please subscribe to our Trade Alert service to get the latest buyer information and avoid missing any possible opportunities. Buyers are more likely choose suppliers who take quick action on postings.
2. Lack of credibility compared to other paid members. Upgrading to a TrustPass membership shows your credibility and places you higher in the buyer's estimation of transactional worth.
3. Your quotation is not detailed and professional enough. Prepare some email templates to meet different buyers' requirement. Analyze buyers' requirement carefully before sending quotation. Send correct quotation templates to correct buyers.
And if you contact buyers through TradeManager and they reply you in Chinese, you are advised to ask them to use English only. Or you can search for some translation tools through www.google.com to translate what they say.
