Replying to [AbMajid]: Culture of organization become from practice of work "way of doing work and handle work" and also include "attitude of workers/employees".
If culture is positive and advanced as far as attitude and way of working and keep looking the best way to do job, It certainly increase productivity as well as worker who are little lower and slow start get aggressive and positive, that help organization to increase productivity.

i do't know how to affect the performance!but here i want to say that the person who comes from different country has different culture.if somebody who wants to communicate with other countri's friend should know some culture of the friend 's culture!so that the communication will more effective!
