The matter is that this year at the end of August we visited Honkong Medical fare.
We found there some interested products for our market . We even talked to their representatives on the Fair.
We returned home () and started our communication using the contacts we got through business cards. And when we came to the point of sending samples (not free of charge). They became silent. They do not answer any contacts we have any more. We cannot understand why? It’s strange. At the same time their product has a demand in our country. And we need it very much.

You can call them directly. If you still dont find them, in that case, you can try to source same products from many other Chinese & Taiwanese Companies through Alibaba. I faced such situation sometimes in my past experience and understood, I should not depend only one company. To initiate a business relationship, you have to come across many companies and among them, you may found few adjustable. If I may assist you somehow, you may contact me.

In fact, this situation is normal, resulting in many factors of this phenomenon.
first, I think you had better call the the company,and ask clearily all the questions,(in china General office hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm .)comfim all the details again.
second.This company may be subject to the financial turmoil and the collapse ,this is hard to say.
Third,maybe there are something wrong with their products,thay can not suppy to the customer.
Fourth: If you take the initiative to contact them.and you have not received any response, I think you shold give up.
