I can provide information for Real Estate training and Licensing in the United States. What area are you most interested in for your career.  There are similarities for requirements in many countries.  Training begins with classroom, study guides and testing.  In the USA each State has a government appointed Board which defines the rules and regulations for Licensing in that State.  Many of the overall rules are governed by congressional laws made at the National level.  These would include regulating how real estate is advertised, how loans are initiated etc.  These laws have been passed to protect protected groups from discrimination in buying and selling properties.  Newer laws require inspections for things like Radon, Aspestos, lead paint and other health hazards.  In addition to the Laws that regulate real estate transactions you would be trained in office practices.  Ethics training is very important in the USA.  Let me know if this helps or if you would like to ask specific questions.  Good luck, follow your dreams.  People need and love their homes.
