Dear everyone,
I have a friend from Egypt, his ompany recently had been cheated by one of the chinese company in shenzhen,Shenzhen APA Pack Co., Ltd. .
My friend company had ordered 214 kingstong usb from them and paid all money, after got the goods which all r not working, so they had immediately informed them and ask for repalcement, this company had rejected it and ask for 3 pcs for check, and they said they will pay the intax if send them all, so my friend did agree to send on his own cost just looking for to solove this faulty goods quickly,
after my friend send this 3 pcs usb, they had deny the goods from them, my friend had confirmed that the goods only ordered from them and no other supplier, so it will not have any mistakes from other supplier, they dont believe it!
Till now, my friend had lost money and the market honest due to the bad usb, More angry is this chinese company still insist said they r honest, dont want to take any responsibility , becuase to deny the goods from them is the best way for them.
So everyone what do u think of this case? this chinese company has registed the trust pass from Alibaba, but how we can trust if other oversea to deal with this kind of company??

Hey... depending on how much You friend just spent on those USB. Wouldn't it worth to travel to china. pretty sure even if doesn't solve this problem i would definately be able to find a reputable supplier once there
