Hi,

Low quantity is not easy to deal with a manufacturer or a supplier in China, a distributer there should be a best choice, as for your own label, because a small quantity really suffered too much on the freight from the supplier/manuturer.

 you can find a manufacturer to make them for you, as the lable you can have bigger quantity and stick on to the items by yourself.

Once your business growing bigger, than you can try to import them by yourself.
