Until now ,i have gotten many inquiries . I replied them carefully and hopefully with all details and all informatioin,eg price ,size ,payments ,quantity for 40HQ and so on . Hope it wil works out .But after i do these,no reply . Only one part of them say : i will check it and if i need i will contact you .

Someone searching for products X may find 3 suppliers of that particular product here, or 30+ suppliers. After a first glance at several suppliers, he may send inquiries to 8 or 10 of those 30+ suppliers.
Some would not reply directly, but wait for replies from those companies he had sent inquiries to. He can then compare the details from different suppliers, some products may be higher end than what he is looking for, or some may be lower end, he may prefer the design of some product to the other, etc. There are many factors to consider.
Then he might reply to two companies that he believes are good choices. Yet, the inquiries to the other companies are not fake, per se.
What you should do is streamline your responses so you do a minimal amount of work / response. Sending out your responses and quotes will not seem so tedious then. Do a nice standard responce that you quickly can change the name on, and that is easy to ad information to, so you make sure to include a responce to any questions the inquiring person may have. Like;Text, text, text...

Answering enquiries, is part of the selling process and in several times you got nothing for your effort. Its important to understand what is happening on the other side. for example, a huge evaluation ,comparing several suppliers its not easy.Sometimes,things are not clear enough for buyers and not answering ,is also a way to tell the supplier that they are not interested in the offer but certainly in someone else`s
so patience and keep improving

I think most sales are doing the same job now. All we can do is reply the inquiry and wait for the response.

you should make your product price readable, fix price is comfortable for buyers, i mean there's no hidden charge at all.
Or you may try some form(web form) that can calculates automaticaly, so you no need to make inquiries everytime. buyers know your product fit their pocket or not from that form. so if they think's they can get a profit from your product's . they will buy it.
