I would like to underligne the fact that 80 to 90% of internet traders are offering irreal prices and irreal products.
I gave exemple for cement, now on alibaba, ec21 or any others
You can find companies selling cement from 60 to 80 usd/mt CIF ASWAP
And here i came, how they can offer thsi price and why
1- this price is irreal because:
a- clinker (used to produce cement) cost from 45 to 50 usd/mt
b- to produce cement and bagge it add 25 to 30USD/MT
c- to deliver it for exemple blak sea port to black sea ports about 20 usd/mt, from mediteranean to west african cost 45usd/mt and big difference
2-what they earn in doing this scam?
a- make us as real product provider loose time and money to convince buyer that there is a real market
b- many convincing - forceful FAKE sellers around us and they are look like more trustable then all other sellers. They are just doing this business for sale the contract or your LC's. If you check Ali Baba or similar web sites you will find out so many financing companies which searching for Contract's, LC's or all other payment instrument's for using on credit lines.
c- sell your contract to another companies, that will not fufill because of prices

I do agree with you in this matter. Quite a few people post bogus and unrealistic leads. So why do they do it? I have understood one factor that most of them are agents/ brokers trying to get direct contact of the end buyer. They sign the NCND, they do all the crap there is but the end result, NO DEAL !!
If you come to think of it internet trading has paved way for alot of real and genuine sellers. But its a buyers job to investigate properly on past deals made by them and not only look at the documents but get them verified. Real sellers do not hesitate to give out their company profile, past LC drafts, past BL's, Tax numbers etc. but a bogus agent or seller would always say that after proof of funds only you will get proof of product.
You have to investigate on the production and local pricing as well, look into commodity pricing list and reconfirm every detail.
What I find on alibaba is lack of buyer knowledge or facilitation page. A successful seller CAN NOT only be a premium member. Members that are verified become premium members, but what kind of verification is done? tax number look up? physical location check ? or whatever there are more than a million ways to scam buyers who do not do due diligence. One more thing, Alibaba is a Great resource, I have had success contacting buyers of cement. The reach is absolutely magnificent but you can't really stop scam business, Alibaba might be the most secure website in terms of that comparing it to other portals. However, there is still improvements required.

I am totaly in agree with you, most of the people which are fishing all over the internet are calling them selves as broker or agent, but they have no expierence or target for their business, they only doing it without respect to real buyers/sellers to get profit in a short time. And thats why dealing true net goes imposible in these days. Alibaba.com is offering a great service ( I also have stated this matter several times to the service staff), but they have to do somthing about scammers or they should engage a new way of operating gold memebers or trustpass memebers. In that case I would also accept to more for this service as I have found some serious buyers on alibaba.com.
