How To Attract People To Do Business? (A Business Graduate's perspective)
Post 1 of 20
Important hurdle involved in the business process is a risk factor, financial schemes that is their format etc, and the current economic conditions. These factors effect people who have proper education of business like Business Graduates etc. Most of these peolpe dont dare to proceed and preffer to work for someone else and join a company.

Following are the suggestions to encourage people who want to own a business:-

• Economic conditions must be more stable in order to attract the people to business.
• Students must be encouraged to use their entrepreneur skills during their MBA & BBA programs.
• Loan Schemes must be more feasible according to the requirements of people.
• Family atmosphere also counts, it needs improvements.
• Taxes imposed should be reduced to a reasonable amount, so that people may be encouraged to do their own business.
• Services and utilities should be so low ,that it may provide a reasonable benefit to the businessmen.
• People should have the proper awareness of prose and cones of certain aspects of business & jobs.

Having climate and environment conducive to doing business is such a great idea. In addition let us not forget the resources and tools needed in planning, organization, marketing and financing. Examples would how to incorporate, mentoring through exisitng organizations, where to get funding and how feasible a product or service can be.

Yes, exactly you need resources then their allocation according to the needs is obviously most important here's your inviornment concern. An easy enviornment help reduce the wastages while rigid enviornment increase your expances like heavy taxes, duties etc so your profits slightly decrease and new enterepenurers reluctant to entre such that rigid enviornment.

I think you are aware of the reality and more into macro conditions. Going through several answers posted below I can tell that most of the comments are based on ones self decision about owning a business but not the attractive precautions necessarily to prepare a better business environment regarding some of the general economic conditions. Most start up businesses are taking place in a rush and only a few of them may survive. To start a business one should first get acquantined with the business era and gain the necessary experience. Corporate life may help gain experience and get to know how to run a business. Also prepares the backbone and the non-profit issues such as strengthening the wish to own ones own business,.. One has to earn a living and unless otherwise has the satisfactory resources from family and/or access to low cost capital resources there need to be a capital saving period which a successful corporate worker may earn in the due years.. there is the risk factor to get into the business. It is kind of a radical decision one should give. Leaving the corporate world and facing all the risks a self owned business will bring. Start up business environment is rather complex for the newbees. They are not aware of the unexpected costs and some of the risks until they will happen to face. Easy to reach consultation offices run by the government trade offices may enlighten the path to overcome initial difficulties, help prepare a business plan and an estimate about the might cashflow analysis etc. Finding a market niche is not always the right start up business decision while some large scale companies in the market are ready to jump.. Commodities are global and the open market competition set the pricing and such. One may easily find the goods and manufacturers. Not all businesses are lucky to have an aggressive product which will sell itself without efforts put into the business. What leads a business to success is the way you handle it and the speed you turn over the capital. Buyers like to proceed with easy to get along with professional dealers whom they believe will understand their needs, outline the business characteristics and finalize the matter smoothly as expected. One should consider the reality about even a simple retail business has much to do with understanding the global economy and the flow of the products from overseas sources etc. Otherwise it will end up dramatically. Need for a must have intellectual background, ability to overcome language barriers, vision to further proceed with a successful business into a more profitable era. Compared to huge companies start ups are fast and most cases average operation costs are less compared to large scale companies. New comers have the chance to compete at some level of business and share the pie. A successful self owned business plan can succeed and survive if it is run properly and get started with a satisfactory capital and/or if a realistic low cost loan could be obtained. There might be supportive taxation exceptions, employee supports which also contribute to unemployment. Internet has become a new alternative and expanding rapidly. Promotional support activities based on providing free online stores, involving new businesses into directories and such are some of supportive precautions can be proceeded. Some of the key factors to attract one to do business are as follows; More Earnings and a better life standard, Flexible Working Hours, Pleasure of Manufacturing Sth. New, Applying new production techniques, Offering Services which are not seen elsewhere, Business Owner Etiquette, Travelling and meeting More New People, Competition related success factors, Partnership Possibilities with liked ones etc., Growth Opportunity and more...
