Important hurdle involved in the business process is a risk factor, financial schemes that is their format etc, and the current economic conditions. These factors effect people who have proper education of business like Business Graduates etc. Most of these peolpe dont dare to proceed and preffer to work for someone else and join a company.

Following are the suggestions to encourage people who want to own a business:-

• Economic conditions must be more stable in order to attract the people to business.
• Students must be encouraged to use their entrepreneur skills during their MBA & BBA programs.
• Loan Schemes must be more feasible according to the requirements of people.
• Family atmosphere also counts, it needs improvements.
• Taxes imposed should be reduced to a reasonable amount, so that people may be encouraged to do their own business.
• Services and utilities should be so low ,that it may provide a reasonable benefit to the businessmen.
• People should have the proper awareness of prose and cones of certain aspects of business & jobs.

It is oxymoron, those with MBA end up working for high school dropouts.


With a degree, the choice of taking risk will be far greater to seek employment then to take the plunge and get into business. However there are people who started business without a degree and along the way, they started to take their MBA part time.


Business is SWEAT, COURAGE, DETERMINATION, PEOPLE-MINDED, and MONEY MINDED. I agree with you that the economical environment, the  tax incentives and  other factors have a part,  but it has to first identify the market, the needs of the people, and get the product or serivice to meet to the needs. It must bring benefits to the people.

Off course! to identify the needs of market is necessery, its ever first object you have to know then go further.

Being a business graduate, i think has advantage of picking idealogy within limited of time as compare to whom who is infant in the field.

Business graduate get the exposure during his stay at institution then he just need to apply! But the person without this proper knowledge need to get exposure first then go ahead.
