I just got ripped off almost $2000 dollars. They said they were supvar electroncs. They agreed to dropship wii's for me. Only half of the products tracking numbers worked. 4 people got chinese wii fit boards, 4 people got iPods, 9 people got nothing. I have to give everybody their money back, everybody is very mad. Now I might lose my car and apartment. I have 2 children and I put everything I have into this. What do I do now? Here is the contact details for the people that scammed me

If anyone has an idea on how to get my money back PLEASE tell me. I am facing total ruin now.

Hi Steve,

I am sorry to hear what happened to you. Getting the money back from China depends on how good your relations are with your bank. Yiu must have paid the moey into the Chinese guys account from your bank. So please ask your bank to get in touch with the Chinese bank and get you the details of the customer. To do this, approach your bank with a lawyer and tell him that you want to serve a notice to the Chinese guy.

However, please understand that in China and India, its very dfficult to locate somebody because we do not have any SSN number and even though there are Know your customer norms for banks, if you cnage your address and do not infor the bank, its no big deal.

Again its all a matter of whether you would go through all this trouble which is again a fuction of the amount of money involved. Anyways, good luck to you.

Regards,

Prasanth.

hi

sorry to hear about your loss.  it is a most common things happening in this website from long time. All you have to do is Check company or store before sending any form of payment. also use paypal to send and receive payment safely. if you are looking for Brand name Products then China is not a country to look for a supplier. simply think in your brain and use common sense.

if  someone can offer brand name products for rock bottom price!!!  then it is mostly like to be a scammer.  simple, don't get fool around with those stupid bastar*

reserch for more convenient ways to buy and sell. thanks

hope this will be in your brain.

hi!!

Really very sorry to hear about your bad news. May me my suggestion help you out?

Yes your money can be get back to you but yours is a smaller amount if you want it get back by visiting china may be you have to spent your another 2000 $

So its better to contact chinese embassies in your area. They can help you out for sure

regards,

Divyansh

I need to say that Embassies do not hel is cases like this. Our company also got into such situation with scammers from China. Unfortunately, we couldn't do anything. Scammers took away intellectual property and disappeared.

Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan was useless in solving out this issue.
