   Conservation group WWWF said the following in a report with a warning to the people:
"Climate change, pollution,over extraction of water and developement  are killing some of the world's most famous rivers, including China's Yangtze,India's Ganges and Africa's Nile.Many rivers could dryout,killing unique aquatic life"

Unfortunately they have also reported that 5 of those 10 rivers are in Asia.
