 I think the main problem is your products ,the best way is you need to know what kinds of products your customers want to look for.

Problem 1 is the products itself. Problem 2 is that many kind of biz become troublesome in the atmosphere of Global Financial Crisis. Internation purchaser have cut down their purchasing volume.

You mean if the customer do not reply our letter just because they are no tinterested in our products? Is there other things? For most of us , that is a common thing that we can receive the reply. Maybe what we should to is to persevere our work.
