we have often problems with the quality ( bad painted resin items, bad stitched items , bad packing....) but samples are totally in conformity with our requirements. So we need to know how can we face these quality problems after we got the products. We make complaints with sellers, but 9 times on 10 we do not get the money. We do not think that it is correct that we pay, cause we pay always good money in advance.
Is there some office, some association which can solve such problems for us?
we can not take a lawyer all the times, even because sometimes the amount of the damaged goods is not worth the lawyer fee.

Stop paying with wire transfer (TT). Use a letter of credit
Stipulate that drawing upon the letter of credit requires an inspection certificate signed by an inspector at the port of arrival in the countruy of the buyer.
Then go and inpsect upon arrival. No inspection certificate issued by you, then seller cannot draw upon the LC
If seller wants a neutral third patry to make the inspection then pick an acknowledged neutral company to make the inspection. Supply it with the sample against with the can check compliance.
You should not pay all money of this lot product.maybe you can pay 60% first.on the other hand,you can ask one guy from china to help you confirm before they send out goods.if yes,you will make a remittance of 40%.
By the way,did you always buy goods from same vendor?

Firstly, i advice you change the payment term, if you use T/T or T/T in advance, change the term is no doubt, the L/T will help you keep the goods quality, at least, the percent of bad goods will less than before.
secondly, if you the good quality probleme is always happen, maybe the producer is not qualify, you had better to source an second producer, thus you can deal with many kinds of things, such as quality, as you know ,no competition is no improve.
Anyway, i hope your bad quality is zero...hehe

I am sorry to hear that. But it is common in China if your supplier do not with sincerity in doing business with you.So the best way you can do is to stop cooperating with them and look for another supplier.So that you can stop lossing.
We say it is very important for the buyers to search for a good supplier. It can save you much time and money in doing business. We are a supplier dealing with the consumer electronics,for example,digital video recorder pen,digital video recorder watch and some other products. You can do all the things rest for our customer all over the world,the only thing they should do is to do the payment. We will do the carefully inspections,customer clearance,perfect after service,etc, for them.

hello very sorry to hear that a problem that you met it; as other friends say; you dont need to pay all money when you purchase the goods from supplyier; first you pay 30% deposit ; then pay the balance after you check the goods;
and you can change another manufacturer if the factory still make the quality that is not well all the time;

You can hire some inspection company such as SGS to do the inspection during the production, packing and loading process.
or Find another supplier.
At first, you should pay attention to every step in negotiation the supplier and tell him clearly about your principle on what your idea on quality issue before you have tendency to bring the new business.
Secondly, after your decision to place orders and remittance on the deposit, look back the whole story and take careful consideration on the question that if all the steps are in control of your hand. You have the right to doubt about the person who you trusted before and the things done by them.
Finally, the problem happened out of your expectation. Do find the best solution to slove: maybe authorised inspection service is the first option before shipment when you placed the huge qty or amount order. Regarding to the order in small amount, think about asking for the private aids from somebody. Try him then trust him!
On the all ground, it is better that a company or a man can in charge of your quality inspection. But maybe some variation on the judgement of the quality standard, speak them out at first time. Some sellers only concern if they can do business for you and after getting your order supports, they may say: sorry sir, the costs match the products not the sample even if the samples are approved. Because it is normal that the sample are not exactly same as the mass production sample. And if both parties in first contact, you have to accept his sorry's to understand how the situation is: the material can not be purchased like that in mass production and the workmanship is different... too much excuses. So set up and present your own principle on quality issue is the first importace of all. Let the vendors know if he want to establish firm freindly business relationship with you, he needs to support you while your facing the troubles caused by him and have the responsibility to make the mistakes not made twice.

How regret that if a good design but made out bad quality!
What you need to do is to have one follow up the order from sample approve---checking underproduction---final inspection, it is very important to check all the material and supplier are ready for the material, you should check them before they start production.
As the problem you said, I think those are sample approvel problem, and you don't have anyone that have good experience on them, even sometime the sample are ok, but you should make sure whether that way the supplier using is workable when bulk production, special for new designed products rather need product experience.
