I placed an order with a Gold Supplier. They shipped me the wrong product and promised to replace in. Now, no one at this company will respond to my emails or calls. What can I do? I, of course, wired them the funds up front.
Award 10 MVPs ( What's this? )for the best answer.

I am Just start up on business,
I've general qustion about e-commerce,
is it any regulations in china for e-commerce?

for example i've found goods and manufacturer, (gold member)and i want to purchase, a little goods for small amount- but can't be in china at the moment,
can i find any electronic purchase agreements? or other ways
... or i must be in china and classically sign the purchase agreement face to face with manufacturer?

with regards Mederbek

you can just draft the purchase contract and send them to sign and then have them send back by airmail or fax to you for your signature.

Replying to [Dee27]:Firstly you did not tell us from what country you were scamed. I think that will be a lead to the remedy you need right now, when we know where they come from then we can start working on helping you get them because I think there are good memebers of Alibaba almost anywhere in the world who will be willing to assist.[em1]
