HELLO,
we are a small import company in Berlin Germany.
We have been FRAUDED by SURPLUS MASTERS for a sample order of 100 Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts.
They did not send a single peace, although my bank did the wire and gave them a report which they even didnt react to.
Amount is around 1300 US $.
Anyone here has similar experiences?
what can we do now ?
please advice.

First off: DON'T WIRE MONEY TO COMPANIES, ESPECIALLY ONE YOU DON"T HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH!!!
As far as getting your cash back, you will need to contact the local police in the town this company is at and hope they will follow up. Good Luck
