We are Fujian Huamin Export & Import Co ,firstly, we made a big mistake that we believed the factory,they told us they can supply the products and we saw the original products,but they send to you fake.Who knows?Secondly, we can change for you and you wouldnt send back ,you wanted money back,as a company,we will lost a big cost.At last,we are a good company although we made a mistake, we can do it better in the future and we can have a good service to our respectful customers.Please dont say we are a fraud, our customers also cheat us a lot of free samples.Plesae understand us.

I ordered a good new dell gaming laptop and received a faulty second hand budget laptop with pirated software.
