Just wondered if anyone could confirm that Shanghai Mainbon Industry Co. Ltd. (website www.exportscooter.com) is a valid company and is good trustworthy company to to deal with ?

It certainly appears to be genuine (it is an Alibaba Gold Supplier with Trustpass etc.) however my colleague and I have placed several orders for a variety of mini motorbikes for importing into the UK but despite many promises they are failing to provide any information relating to the despatch of the goods and the supply of the bill of lading etc.

Hopefully everything is OK but we are concerned about the lack of information or is that standard when importing from China ?

lack of information certainly standard as far as my dealings have been.

get them to use the trade manager program,at least you will understand what they say and you will have it in writing.(which can be saved).

i would say these are genuine traders they have a huge amount of advertising spread across the web.

have yo the profrma invoice of the agreed deal?.

all you will likely get on top of that is the ups/dhl tracking number id have thought.

have you faxed them proof of tt transaction?.they mite be waiting for that.

We have proforma's and we have sent proof of our deposit payments bank transfers.  We just cannot get any information out of them re. the deliveries, they indicate things have been shipped (containers by sea) but do not provide any details and wont supply the bill of lading - obviously we are not paying the balance yet ... but xmas is approaching and we want to know when (and if) our goods are going to arrive.

Guess we just need to be patient - they do appear to be genuine.

i think i found a way to clear up the yob problems we have...petrol motorized skates lol.

they will all be in hospital..lmao...........

If you don’t mind , I can check with company in person on behalf of you and find out why they don’t provide the despatch of the goods and the supply of the bill of lading, of course that I do this for free of charge, because I just start my own business which provide commercial service to small western company sourcing product in China, so I need some experience in different field, also want to have more western friends, that’s why I have some free service.
