I am currently looking for a bluetooth accessory supplier and I ran across Iton Technology in China. Has anyone done business with this company? Are they trustworthy?

Replying to [vick324]:Iton Technology is a scam company. I bought from them once, and haven't since. They promised me a 1 year warranty, but after I was having problems with the electronic goods within 3 weeks(!!) of receiving them, Iton (there are several reps, but I dealt with the lying, cheating Catherine Yuan) hasn't returned my emails, im's or calls. They sell fake products. Beware!! You've been warned. Never wire money to them. I would love to go to China and give them a piece of my mind. May all these scammers get what's coming to them.

This is catherine! Please note we always promised to provide you warranty, but we don't provide free accessories. How can you do it like this way? If someone were not provide you free goods, so are they scammers? This is not fair. Also you had got the samples, and you were satisfaction with them at the beginning, but cut down our connecting when i refused to provide you free goods. Now if the sample have any problems, if they are still under warranty term, welcome you send them back for repair. Nothing can be done if you do it like this way. And I also have right to ask Alibaba deal with this matter fairly if you would contort the fact!
