i received goods flyback transformere from this company anhui tianfu electronics in china now in field the 25% goods are defective or they did not work at all they have manufacturing defects

is there any legal action i can take anhui tianfu electronics for this problem

Replying to [sumeet]:yes, of course.If the company would not compensate your loss, you have to take legal action against them. If you have a contract and there is jurisdiction clause about the dispute, follow that. If no, you have to go to the local court for the legal action. If you want to engage some one to do this for you, you can choose a Chinese lawyer if necessary.

Submit your case to Chinese ebmassy or cousulate in India, they will treat it seriously, and contact the Chinese supplier.

Unless, the amount involved is huge (above USD 1 million) there is no point contacting embassy or consulate.Can you imagine how many cases they will handle if they follow up every trade disputes? must be thousands!
Now, the most practical way is for you to look back at your contract with them, if your contract stipulate the arbitration clause (and court then that's where you should pursuse for justice, if not, you might as well considering taking legal actio against them in China.
But remember, either way would be an uphill battle, please do not believe in someone who say taking legal action for trade dispute is cheap.
