How to communicate with online contacts?

In these days, when i land my Trademanager, and see some clients online. when i say hello to them. but nobody reply with me.  Or any one reply with me and talk about something.  when we talk the business, they will be say " i have to go, talk later" when send times talk to he. and no reply.  This is why?  And when we talk the price of product. how can we win the client to buy our product?  Have any skill of it ?  Hope everyone can reply here.  Many thanks

You are right,I am fully confused someone promote chicken but I am specilized in Duck.. As a supplier, I think at first you should go to the one's website who you want to contact and know the products the buyers specialized

most people do have several chatting mediums, one of them is trademanager.

All this chatting cost a lot of time. If the buyer know you and they know what you produce then surely they will get back to you in time.

Best is to send an email ( not through alibaba ) but straight.

it is a pity but many supplier have a really bad name on alibaba, this comes of the many so called sellers which make it sometimes look like fishing in the pond where is only 1 fish.

This is a responsability of the people advertising but also and foremost of the alibaba organisation.

I find that 99% of the suppliers of certain products are just idiots acting as seller, whereas they are simple brokers and also not even have an producer backing them up.

there several reasons. Maybe they are busy at that time. You know that time is very important for businessmen. Or maybe they are not interested in chat in that monent. Another reason, they don't interested in your products.

Just like me, lots of the shipping company send message everyday.  I admir their attitude about work. But I am just don't interested in the, .I am not the person who in charge of this. And sometimes I am too busy to chat with them.
