But In China, I think you can do anything as long as you obey the laws, for the details, for example, when you drop the litter or spit, it depends on the different area, if you stay in public place, you can't do it, if you outside, you can do.China is s big country, I think it mainly depends on all people if obey the rules consciously. so any places where you will find the promotion bulletin.such as protect environment is responsible for eveyone. so it is free to you.
However, for the illegal thing, please forbid to do them. if you do, you will be punished. so only you can make the China as your famliy if you come to here, I think you can have a good time in China.
