I do a lot of work overseas in China, and have lived there for a number of years. One thing most people do not realize is that the Chinese are not really trying to create a price war with any country. The problem is a very simple one which is easily understood.-
Factory 'A' had a booming year with product '______(insert product) 30 other people saw this as a good business. Now you have 31 factories producing the same item. Here comes Mr.Foreign Buyer. "Factory 'A' quote me a price of ... can you do better?" Factory 'B' quotes a lower price to get the sale. The price dropped at all 31 factories to get the business. It really hurts the Chinese factories, BUT it is great for the foreign buyer. It is the buyer who is taking advantage of this, which has kept products so cheap. The factories are at the point where they are just trying to survive.

Here's the thing. Price War couldn't be that bad if you take it on the bright side. We're now in a recession period when people lost their jobs, and pension accounts cut. All businesses around the globe are facing a rough situation. No one tends to consume. So there must be one dealer pushing out a clearance sales for brand-new products. Another takes this as a threat so he claims all his/her products are just for one dollar and 99 cents thus people living in a mess flush in this store and buy up. That is exactly the story of how Wal-mart and 99-Cents grow.

If factories would invest in the effort to develop a truly NEW product which no one else makes, this leaves the customer no options if they want it. they must pay the factories price. But if the factory is poorly developed, they must wait and watch leading companies make large profits on the NEW items, and later jump in with the same item(please notice I avoided the word "copy".) This leaves them with 1 option in order to compete-lower price. Easier-yes, more profitable-no
Remember, it's almost always the well know companies which introduce NEW products.

the price depends on the quality. Maybe most of customers think products search on website must be the cheapest.

china tea

China is a country with a time-honored civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. Whenever guests visit, it is necessary to make and serve tea to them. Before serving tea, you may ask them for their preferences as to what kind of tea they fancy and serve them the tea in the most appropriate teacups. In the course of serving tea, the host should take careful note of how much water is remaining in the cups and in the kettle. Usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling water should be added after half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the cup is kept filled so that the tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly warm throughout the entire course of tea-drinking. Snacks, sweets and other dishes may be served at tea time to complement the fragrance of the tea and to allay one's hunger.

everyone seems to have right words.

This price war is killing the QUALITY in each and every industury for all products .

Everyone is in a big rush to get sales and dont even bother that the quality reputation they have gained in a long run

will be ruined due to this price War.

Well I do not blame this on the directors of such companies as I know the sales is the basic fundamental of a company to grow ,

Still there are some manufacturers  in each industry who are mantaining the quality ,

and are'nt afraid to loose the competition of price.

All because the many of the end consumers are now aware of cheap goods & their durability.

Hence business will come back & strive for quality not price always.
