Always reply the email but never get feedback, Why?

I am so upset.who can help me? [em4]I am a export sale of a furniture company on alibaba.
 
I am a new learner , work for this company only one month.I am lack of the proffensional experience. During a month,some days I am busy in replying the enquiry,but with the past days,I am so dissappointed,because I never receive customer's e-mails.why?
Is the price  too high?is the expression of my email not good? Always reply the email,but never receive that again.I am so depressed .how should I do on earth if I want to get more customer? I want to make the friends who are from all over the world and good at Trade . I will be appreciate if some one can teach me some useful knowledge and experience. I am looking forward your reply.thank you.

You could send a follow up email to your customers and ask them to give you some feedback about the information you sent them.

Keep your email short and simple but maybe divide it into different questions about:

a. price

b. reply time

c. information quality

You could word it so that your customers understand that you are asking for their feedback about your service and not pushing them to place an order.

You just worked for only one month. Don't too worry  about that. It's common that no reply from your customer. you have to persist in sending email to new customer and follow up the person who you sent email to him before. you can visit forum like bbs.fobshanghai.com to learn more skills and knowledges about foreign trade.

there are so many suppliers in China and also in the world.

and as a buyer, everday they may receive hundreds of supply information.

 it is difficult for them to reply all the letters,so, in order to draw the attention of your customer, your letter should be different from others, and also i think the price is  critical .

i am also new here, but worked longer than you.

hope we  can grow quickly

 there is also one reason, that is some clients just want to aks for prices but don't wantto buy.  But anyway, you reply one inquiry you will be likely to get one more chance.

yes,there are too many suppliers same with your product in the world,and the price is also a critical part for the buyer to answer the letter !!! Don`t worry ! More reply,more chance !!![em7]

    I am also a trainee in the trading company.But we dont have the inquiry.It is so bad!I never got the customer reply in this week.Can you tell me how to let the customer reply my email.I would not like push the customer purchase our product! Just reply!
