Brief description of the dispute:


that it is the first time that I buy from China.


I have bought the 3 cellular phones Nokia from http://topsplendor.en.alibaba.com, the 04 December 2008.


I have paid with West Union 490 dollars, but thin to now the June 10 th 2009 I have not received anything yet. In attached I sent You the Invoice and the Payment and the e-mail from the director of company Jianroi cai , now the name is Xizheng Zeng.


Before he had told me that he had sent me them, after then that the package is returned back in China empty.


He doesn't now answer me more to the e-mails and the telephone.


Now from when he has changed name http://crownindustrialgroup.en.alibaba.com/

I have found many articles that say that they are of the cheats.


How have you been able not to realize that they have changed name, but they are always the same?


Can you tell me what is happening? 


I have your photos seemed of the good boys, but unfortunately I have to retract .

Today the companpany is not availablein Alibababa.

Hello,It's absolutely a fraudulent company.You can't buy Dell XPS M1730 in alibaba from China.There are so many scammers claim that they have cheap original internatinal brand laptop.But they don't have them at all.Check here:

They must get removed.That scammer might be cheating people in alibaba as another so-called company!
