Indeed, good English does help, but knowledge of products value, too.So try to understand your products more, to know how your products are good, what advantige they have, as well as how it be better than your partner companies.
In my opinion, happiness is the most important. If you are happy with your job, then every other thing will become easy.
So, try to keep happy everyday, and make an aim for your daily work. I believe one day you will be one of the top sellers!
Just come on!
The problem is not the language people speak, we can speak either English or Spanish, the problem is ideologies, strategies and "modus operandi" in the selling field. When your needs become a yearning your business are not successful, cause you are like a gun shooting enormous quantities of bullets to the same target, the result? not many would reach it.
So friend, many salesmen have gone through the same, the problem is not good or bad English, the key thing is how to approach people and creat the need to buy, the urgent and desperate need to buy, by any means, what you are offering to them. Besides, the seller has to condition himself to the buyers expectations and not to restrict him with policies and stupid things. Give opportunities to do business!!!!!!
Quoting from [sam kr]:Above is one of the best answer, I think.
I have relatively better English skill comparing with my colleague ,but the result ,the revenue I've made last year is the bottom of all sales people in my factory
I try to work hard and learn from my colleague ,even my boss , but the result seems not fine enough .
I have made USD 10 thousand last year , selling a bunch of home supplies like vacuum flasks ,but my worst colleague has also made over USD 15 thousand
So ,why ? No sense of selling ? I feel like a disappointed doll .Hot Topic Recommend
