i have a main Auto Part Supplier in Guangzhou.


I have ordered now three Times of this Company Goods.


Now i want to do my next Order but i cant Contact them. I have send now since 1 Week Mails but i have get no reply.


Also i have tried to called them but nobody Pick up the Phone.


I cant understand it because the Company is Gold Supplier and looks like a Big Company in Guangzhou.


Can anybody tell me  are there any Holidays or anything else in Guangzhou ?

What's the contact details? This forum has quite a few Guangzhou members and they may find out more details for you.

China is not in any major holiday until mid of January for the Chinese new year.

   Indeed there is on holidays from the date your problem happened until January 1. Some of the biggest factories are the ones that are over capitalized so size is not really a good indication of security.

Have you tried calling them up on the phone and/or sending a fax. Perhaps the problem is only that the sales staff member that you were dealing with has left the factory and the email account has become inactive.

my suggestion is trying to find some one in GZ to help you visit the company ,or you come to china .

you have friend in GZ,right?
