it's 4 days since the company send me this shipping number (eb334572018cn) by ems ,until now i haven't receive any information about my shipping number . is this normal condition??,
will the items arrive to me in time even if the information didn't appear on website??.also i don't think that the company are scammers ,caz i have a contact with them daily.

The tracking number should be normally available in the tracking system in 24 hours. Errors can happen sometimes however.
A sidenote, a daily contact does not necessarily indicate your partner is honest... you did not incidentally order a mobile phone or the like, did you?

i did order two phones and have not seen the product yet for 4 days nor the tracking number appears online. Am I being scammed???

Take it easy, or you can tracking ( call ) with the shipping company.

It's normal, please do not much worry about it. I am in China, when I delivery goods to my customer which is located in France polynesia. She always could get the goods about 10days later.

I suggest you contact the EMS directly .There is very small possibility that error in the ems system .It has four days gone .

Yes,it's normal,EMS is the lowest express.I sent cargos to my customers in Korea,it took approx 10 days to arrive,but if use DHL or others like nice express,only half a day is enough.
Also I sent a parcel to Ireland,as normal,only 4 days is enough,but this time,already 6 days,parcel is still in China,I don't understand,I sent out the parcel from Shenzhen,guangdong,why it is in Shanghai,it is wired.So I suggest all the customers do not use EMS any more.Though it is very cheap and in some countries,usd EMS can derate import fee.
