4 days passed but i still not receive any information

it's 4 days since the company send me this shipping number (eb334572018cn) by ems ,until now i haven't receive any information about my shipping number . is this normal condition??,
will the items arrive to me in time even if the information didn't appear on website??.also i don't think that the company are scammers ,caz i have a contact with them daily.

contact daily means nothing.
a scam artist will contact you back and forth until your cash is sent.
scam artist can obtain a sample of what they advertise and ship that sample to you.
after your happy with the sample they are counting on you to place a large order.
the money is transferd they disapear and your out of luck.
do a lot of reaserch before ever attempting to do business with imports.

Why not track your package online with your tracking number herein?

EMS's websites are not giving process or delivery notices. Their websites show only in departure country steps. I think we must be clever. We must use TNT, DHL, UPS etc. For Arab countries ARAMEX.

You know i really hate these scams. For them some good businessmen suffers. Now we only send products via DHL and we provide our DHL Membership Info, which the customer first verify with their nearest DHL office. Also we are providing many more safety measures, even payment on delivery, but still customers response is not very good due to the the fraud people.
People really dont think about tomorrow. If they think then how can they do this?
