I worked for a Turkey company as their China employee 3 years ago.

I help them to set up the soucing and logistic office in China for them before, help the head office in Istanbul to sourcing, order managerment and supervisor, pre-inspection and dropship the shipments to their buyers all over the world.

We locate in Jinhua city, Zhejiang.

Jinhua is not far from shanghai or yi wu city or ningbo city.

My friend work as general Trade  agent for his boss, and they rent a office here. they treat jinha as a tactic place.

What function of this office would be ?
There are two choice for open an office, one can be register to government, another not need to register, but just an simple representative office.

I am here located in Bao-an, Shenzhen, next to the Shenzhen International Airport, offering Purchasing, due diligence, logistics service. So I also met client want to open office here in Shenzhen, here is the cost of renting for your reference:
30m2 300USD offfice and living, can not registering with government.
50m2 400USD office only, can registering with government.
and then you should have at least 2 staffs for offfice, office furniture, equipment, etc.

These days, people don't want to open an office any more. An office running really cost so much every month, it is becoming more popular to hire an agent to represent the oversea company and work in China. But this bassed on the trust to this person. and he should be functional and familiar with all office work, and experienced.

Comparing with an office and an individual representive, the representitive can work much better than the office if you find the right person, as well as saving a lot of cost.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Guangzhou is the best !

It depend on the city and location you choosed ,if in the center of the city ,the price must high of course ,and if you want to opend an office ,you should have a lot of things to settle ,its not simple ,but dont worry ,its not too difficult ,if have money ,everything is ok

In Guangzhou it is not allowed to open your office in a normal flat, isnt it?

0s this same for every city or just in Guangzhou?

0f I dont register my office to Guangzhou what can happen? 0s it dangerous?
