Hello Friends,

 I have clients ordered some samples from my company. After getting samples, he told me samples were very good and price was also Ok and he was very satisfied. It was also he who let me email his PI and he told me he would make the deposit for mass goods next working day. But after that email, he never gave me any reply. I have called him during the period. On the phone call, he told me he would gave me his reply tomorrow. But up to now, he still doesn`t give me any feedback. I emailed him many times but all without any reply. Whatever he ordered it or not is no problem to us . I won`t have any blaming and complaining about it. If no business, just friend is OK. But I dont understand why he was no response for monthes. All I need is that he only just told me what he decided is enough, Or told me he already found a better supplier or not decisided for the order yet. But he did not say anything, which breaks my heart so much .

Anybody who can tell me the reason and how can I deal with this problem? Thank you very much for your answers.

The buyers don't response to supplier's question sure there will be reasons. Sometimes because they are not satifited with the goods which the supplier provided to them, sometimes because they find another better suppliers. But no matter which reason, I think should let the supplier know and both can negociate. For doing business, both side should be honest and sincery.

Such thing always happen in my business .I won't mind if the buyer said there is no possibility we cooperate after receiving the sample ,just they response ,tell me what's their true idea .That's ok .Then we won't waste time each .
