Hello Friends,

 I have clients ordered some samples from my company. After getting samples, he told me samples were very good and price was also Ok and he was very satisfied. It was also he who let me email his PI and he told me he would make the deposit for mass goods next working day. But after that email, he never gave me any reply. I have called him during the period. On the phone call, he told me he would gave me his reply tomorrow. But up to now, he still doesn`t give me any feedback. I emailed him many times but all without any reply. Whatever he ordered it or not is no problem to us . I won`t have any blaming and complaining about it. If no business, just friend is OK. But I dont understand why he was no response for monthes. All I need is that he only just told me what he decided is enough, Or told me he already found a better supplier or not decisided for the order yet. But he did not say anything, which breaks my heart so much .

Anybody who can tell me the reason and how can I deal with this problem? Thank you very much for your answers.

Dear Steel,

Many of us on this forum have experienced such situations where sample hunters take you for a ride.

In order to avoid these elements, it is better to ask prospects to give their courier account and send samples by post paid courier.

Maybe they just want the free samples.

Meet this question , you have no way , just waiting , maybe it is just a joke of the order , or not , the deposit will come .

Put usual heart on the job , so small thing hurt your heart , I only can say ,you are so Fragile,may god bless you !

I also have met such situation,a client said he would send the money next day.But after 3days,still no news. Because my company make satellite receiver,so if the client want to buy samples,they will pay  the sample fee and freight.

Hi Sixer, thanks so much for your reply. I am sure this client is not sample hunters. He gave us his original sample and asked us to make the samples exactly same as his. Of course he already paid for the mould opening cost and freight cost. When he got the new sample , he was very satisfid with it of course also satisfied with the price. And told me to send the PI for deposit ,but after PI sent, there is no any reply up to now.

The buyers don't response to supplier's question sure there will be reasons. Sometimes because they are not satifited with the goods which the supplier provided to them, sometimes because they find another better suppliers. But no matter which reason, I think should let the supplier know and both can negociate. For doing business, both side should be honest and sincery.

Probably your customer's customer did cancel to order or want to wait a while from different causes lile global recession, currency fluctuation, local or global demand reduction, financial problems etc.

But no matter which reason, I think should let the supplier know and both can negociate. For doing business, both side should be honest and sincery.
