Not a registered company in the Philipines.  The name has been reserved only and is not an active company.  The city code for the address above is wrong actauly the city code is 1000 not 1006.  The phone number belongs to a Medical Doctor Manuel F Arce. 632-2433201  Notice that the phone number is virtually the same.  If they say they are real ask them the name of the parent company that reserved that company name.   I have that information.  So if you post there response I can tell you yes or no.  But in any case I find it hard for a doctors office in the middle of Manila to have 5 production lines.
