My question is: How can I know if an enquiry is real or not? and how can I get to know the condition of an industry in another country???( for example: how can I know the need of bamboo flooring in Australia, USA or etc.

bascially I am doing coconut flooring business, and the only thing that you need to know about other countries market is, you need to research... the market, using internet, and checking for competitor, and do your business intelligence and competitor intelligence in that country.

first,most of time, a customer will send a same enquiry to many factories to compare the price...it also means the customer does need . the question is who can earn the order.. the reason you are asking this questions is that, after send prices or specifications to the customer, he doesn't reply..and disappeared... i guess... that 's the same situattion of our person doing foregin business...also including me..

second, you ask how can you to know the situation of another country.. even we are facing the same question.. generally speaking, we will make a market survey of the country we want to import to. take our company as a samle, we are doing construction machinery, and will attend a expos. in brazil this June. so we will make a market suvey inlcuing: a. the current level of road b. the plan of the government..etc.. how can get the news about it.. we search on www.google.br. and search on brazil local search engine.
