Replying to [regaltech]: I have a indian costomer,i have quote price to him. and that is our lowest price, but he still want me to give him bargin, could you help me ,what should i do.thanks very much!
Replying to [charliewillbe]: Be accurate. Find out quantities, inform yourself on the company. But don't play games like starting really high. I know that when a seller does this to us, we lose confidence in the seller and will look to secure our purchasing elsewhere where we feel mutual confidence. For instance, we are purchasing from a supplier slightly more expensive then an other supplier who would like to have some of this business, but we rather give the amount of products to the first because of trust. Many a deals are made when the seller can shut-up and listen. Enjoy!
Replying to [Sandy-tan]: you are right. Many buyers look only at the price. Later you can meet exactly the same buyers complaining in the Fraud&Security section, weeping that they had been cheated, only because they ignored the other relevant information.
