A simple answer :Only that much as to the extent we need sugar in a cup of tea.
Excess sugar or no sugar at all, both make the tea of no use.
So if man is like a tea and sugar as a money, a proper balance is must between "Money" and "No money" to have a fruitful life - for oneself and for the society too. "Excess of anything is bad" is a popular saying.
