i am from the usa and want to open a garment factory in china. does anyone know of a company i can use that will help get required license and permits to do business there and also to help staff the factory as well? thank u for any help u can provide

This is the cheapest and securest way to get connections you want !

Hi..My understanding is that the cost of manual workers have sky rocketted over the last 3 years. I suspect also the price of land and rentals. I did look at opening an office in Shenzen three years ago.
The question is , how long will it take for labour costs to rise to a level where it is no longer competitive to manufacture in China.
According to Business Week, labour costs are rising 10% per annum. Here is an interesting link:
