I communicated with Aussie by mails about the economic crisis. He wrote like this, which gave me a new thinking about the recession. I didn't realise the recession has its bright side before, it seems like a fever, when people get a fever, the fever will kill the germs in his body and the patient will get recovery after cure. Let's share his valuable comments as below:

"This is now the 5th recession i have seen in my life. We get one every 5 or 10 years. They are a normal part of the business cycle. When prices of housing and inflation gets too hig, we always get a recession to restore price back to the levels people can afford.

It will take about 12 months for things to go back to normal in the west.

Meanwhile, many business will go broke in China and in the west.

In the future years, you will also see a recession every 5 to 10 years in your life ahead. They keep the economic healthy by making bad business go broke and by reducing prices when things get too over heated.

In recessions"cash is King" so hang onto every cent you have to survive for the next year and then things will be good again. Over the next year, be very careful to not let westerners owe you money as they may not be able to pay you."

This is very true, you will see the bad companies get wiped out and the good companies will come out stronger.

It is painful going in, but better coming out.

In the stock market it is commonly called an "adjustment" because the price returns to what it should be from a price that is to high.

And you don't want to hold all your cash, you should spent more on research and making your business better, also on your marketing, because when business does return you will come out on top. [em3]
