Yes I agree with this type of trick. The best way is to always continue the safest mode of payment all the time, like advance TT or L/C etc. If after some time the supplier requests for Credit etc, then you can offer him L/C with payment condition of say 30 / 60 days after B/L, but never give open credit what may come.
Thanks

For that reason I moved to China. I have clients in USA and "Dody" , my new Chinese partner is contacting Chinese suppliers. We purchase goods from Chinese business as a Chinese company in China and then, my father in love (Chines) shipping all goods for me to USA.
Necessity is mother of inventions and if Chinese companies don't stop using they 5,000 years old culture, which is to old for todays modern World, these companies will soon see their last days in the WORLD TRADE, because other people will follow my steps or develop another way to make business in China.... Mark my words.
P.S. I am setting up a simple website, where new clients can post up to 10 items of goods they would like to get price or just info from China and all that FREE OF CHARGES.
Also on same website, our client will visit "e-INVOICE", under a code specially created for that client then client will JUST "click" and send payment by Visa or MasterCard, before my father in love, do any shipping of goods.

Yes I found all the case studies very informative. I have not made my first purchase yet because I don't know how. I just refuse to send money "T/T" ([Western Union] as they always ask) to a name and company and expect to get a product. I still don't know how to make a purchase.
But anyway, I need all the education I can get with this stuff.
Thank you sincerely,

As a newcomer, it's good to be warned of other scams that may really hurt. Thanks

Just one comment; avoid traders, do business with manufacturers and/or producers directly. They are 1000 factories and 1.000.000.000 traders in china.
