She does not walk down,but she goes in the lift.Then she goes to school.She comes back from school in the afternoon and she gets into the lift on the ground floor.She goes up in the lift but she stops at the eighth floor.She gets out and walks up to the tenth floor.

That is not a wheelchair friendly lift. That is why the little girl can't reach the button for the 10th floor. that's why they say the Germans are smart people.
