because the river carries the potion of life, without water there is no life, and because its a river it spreads it wherever it goes. true wealth, and richness is by giving life, and the river is full of it.

Now if someone says lakes do the same, then please don't forget that even lakes are part of a river, sometimes they don't show, because they are underground.
