Buying goods from HK!!! PLS HELP!!!!

Hey Guys,
I am looking at buying some USB flash drives from a company in HK.
If they send it and it arrives at the post office and there are customs and other charges to pay, does anyone have a quick guide as to what kind of charges I might be looking at. The total amount including shipping comes to just over £500. This is just a sample order and in future I would be placing orders worth about £2-£3k...

Other charges will be VAT (17.5%) as you are importing from a non EU country, and import duty. Check the TARIC classification guide for import duty rates.
