All rules is very good but I think Alibaba sevice make sth with this one I mean should be better verification of member, use to login ssl protocols, and very important, all action of the Alibaba account will be sent to special email account which know only alibaba service system (team ) and own member, in this way all user will inform about attempt of fraud or all action which refer owner account. I think Alibaba team should change way to this problem because many people lost too much money. Sombody fraud me during some deal from UK and I lost 2100 USD. To all member - be carefully when you make deal there are a lot of scames.
I found many pages on alibaba where scames use account free member and trust pass member.
I would like make appeal to team Alibaba
read my discription above and use this one to make B2B platform more safe for all member who want make clear deal.

Dear cruisin79, you can report any scammers to alibaba team. you should send them an email. they surely answer your messages. Please be sure that they are scammers before posting their name as scamming or inform alibaba team that you suspect them to be scammers.

They are PT.Nationalbeauty co. I was looking to place my first order and started to read these forums and took some of the very good advice, he seemed genuine and answered everything i asked then offer to show me his ISO certification, i checked this and noticed a spelling mistake on it, so contacted the company who issues them, they are looking into it for me, he has not answered me since i told him i could not find him on the issuers website. but now i notice he is not on here anymore, doing an advance search with google i notice he is on another trade site but using a different address.
is this a clear sign he was not genuine. was his deal too good to be true.
i would love to see if i have caught my first scammer because i already got stung once. or if i potentialy have a good deal.
