Hi Azaz,

I think you have listed out all the important points in winning over a customer.
Getting a buyer finding you is one thing, having them buying from you is another.

Identifying what kind of customers that we want is important. Once we know who are our target customers, we can than concentrate on what our customers want. Other than the product itself, we need to look at the service level, response time, and pricing with the corresponding quality.

Put more effort in getting repeat buyers. This ensures continue growth.

I notice a lot of chinese websites are slow and I cant find the information I want from them. Its like having a buyer coming to your store only to find that there is no one around to assist and information of products are not well presented.

Important information like packing details, gross weight, net weight, units per 20FT container, etc are useful information.

We must be in the mind set that whatever we sell to a buyer, he has to make good profits out of it and by that he will come back to buy more.

A happy customer is one who thinks that he is getting exactly what he has agreed to pay for.
