how can I know the buyers
Post 1 of 3

The buyers never leave  e-mail address on Alibaba. This is a manufacturer they are looking for. I can only left messages to them but they seemed never read it or just ignore cause I have get no answer from any of them.

Should I call them directly?[em11]

Use TM as much as you can and talk to your so called buyer manyways. Some personal talk may get buyer and seller frank. Intimacy on alibaba.com or any portal dosnt guaratee the buyer or seller is legitimate. So it is you who have to make the person you are interacting on TM more transparent and friendly. Ask his/her name, mobile number, company full address with phone and fax basic line, main supplier, requirment etc. Cross check the informations you were given by the buyer.

If buyer is serious he/she will not pretend to expose such informations. Inquiry /reply sent by you to  buyer through alibaba.com is most likely ,being read by the buyer. There may be some other reasons you dont get responded.e.g. buyer is not serious/lack of trust/doubts about product quality/delivery/ payment term/unstable market and so on.

You should contact the buyer by phone/fax/email/agent etc. Remember if the buyer is serious and your product and price suits your buyer, the buyer will rush to contact you, not you to worry to contact the buyer.

In practice the buyer who already posts email address and different IDs and who insist you to contact through otherthan alibaba.com are usually not a serious buyer. This is my own experience.
