I want the best price in the first email. I do not want to answer questions that I have already answered in my specifications. I want the best price first, and when I receive twenty to fifty replies from every inquiry, I do not have the time to dicker. If you cannot give me the best price first, you do not deserve a second chance and I will not be giving it to you. As I have more and more successful suppliers, I use less and less of any new list candidates, so if you have not already won my confidence through a previous successful order, your chances become less and less that you will ever have the chance to ever be my supplier.
