Many day ago, I show a foreigner around in Town God's Temple .But I feel that I cann't  express effectivelly .

Sometimes , I use the wrong words and sometimes I don't know what I should say or what I can say ?

I would suggest you watch English T.V. and DVDs. (The good part of DVDs is that you can watch the same movie a couple of times, to get your ear accustomed to the sounds of the English language.)

Find English songs to listen to.

And the last advice is the most important - don't stop talking. Practice whenever you get opportunity to do so.

I will have a try .

But you know that  when I watch the movies , I always cannot  help to see the Chinese caption. If can don't do that ,I don't know what they say .

Do you mean I should listen and talk , no matter I understand it and say it in correct way (I mean grammar )?
