Stay up too late in front of your PC? Spend too much time online? Always wake up late in the morning? Lack of exercise? Can’t quit smoking? Usually drink a lot? Well, maybe we’ve always got into patterns and habits that seem to be familiar and comfortable for us. And it’s difficult to break out of that, even if we know that is a harmful pattern. And, sometimes we just feel like that… to stand familiar and comfortable area is easier than going into a new area that is unknown. I have to say that we oftentimes are very in denial over whether we are going to change those bad habits. But, we have to change before those bad habits actually get us in front of our doctors, anyway.

Well, when it comes to changing a bad habit, we have to be honest to ourselves about what it is. We should set up our goals first, then the whole change process can begin. Haha, when talking about goal-setting, people usually think that it sometimes is something that we are imaging around the first day of the year, our birthday or a wedding celebration coming up that we want to be in a perfect state for a perfect occasion. But when those occasions have gone to the background, and a new year is no longer a new year, for instance, how can we keep a new habit or a new pattern going? How can we make our change a lifetime change?

I will be so delighted to be joined by you in this discussion where, I hope, we can really have something, some common ideas to share.

yes.i agree with the idears of littlesheep.once the bad habit is formed,it will be hard for us to change. But some bad habits can be changed ,like smoking and drinking.these can be given up as time goes by.as long as u know the effect  of smoking and drinking to ur health, i think  u would know one day.
