I am Jack Jiang working for a furniture factory in Foshan City,China.

We make office chair,coffee table,bar stool,modern leather sofa,modern fabric sofa,lounge chair ,such as:eames lounge chair and ottoman,barcelona chair and ottoman,corona chair and ottoman,swan chair,and some other lounge chair.

I know some people complain that they don't get good quality products from China suppliers.There is an old saying"you will get what you pay." That's true. If you want to get top quality products from China supplier,please don't tell them"your prices are too high.",then you want to more lower prices,then they might  give you more lower prices,but you won't get top quality goods from them. some buyers make them no profits,but many workers have to eat; they have to support their family,so they have to accept your lower prices.

Quality is more important than prices,don't you agree with me? If you are a buyer,an importer,please don't always say"your prices are too high.". I do this for both,the sellers and the buyers.

what you.re saying maybe true. but the issue i am having is not PRICE, but being lied to about the quality of what i am paying for. personally i have never try to talk a seller price down. but i expect if you list these features about your product in your posting. thats the feature i am paying for and expect. for example:  i bought a few nokia8800 from china. his posting say 3.2MP camera.( i know copies dont have that ). when i email him..he said its actually 2MP. and he promise it is. when i got the phone it was 0.5MP...but he charge me for a 3.2PM ..and thats what i was expecting..so MOST,dont tell the truth about there product

Thanks for posting.  Sometimes the issue is the context of the business partners.  What I mean is that as a foreigner trying to buy items in China, it is very hard to know who to trust.  Because of this, I think foreign buyers can sometimes get the feeling they are not in control of the buying situation.  This can lead foreign buyers into feeling that they are being cheated no matter what price is given to them (even if the price is very competitive).

One way around this is to use an intermediary who knows the market and can help connect the buyer and sellers together in a context they are both comfortable with.
