Hello, good day, I would like to say is the safest way to make a purchase, I'm in Mexico and I want to make a payment to a company that is found in www.alibaba.com, I can help?

The safest way to make a payment is to fully check out the seller and the product they are offering for sale BEFORE you send them any money.
Even the best payment method will not help if you are dealing with a scammer or a legit factory that makes crap product.

If we are talking about a very large purchase than the best way would be to travel to the orgin of purchase and physically inspect the product.
To take a look at the goods purchased, sure keeping this in mind it is still possible for scammers to switch the product before shipping. The best way is to go to the products and examine each box while loading and until it get's put on the shipping boat or truck.
Sure it's a pain and a hassle but, if enough monies are involved this would be the best way. For it's much better to lose the price of a plane ticket than all of your investment money. I always recommend that the interested party come inspect the items than purchase.
I've recently heard of people who have bought things and received an empty box.
One last note be sure and check the payment currency, there are counterfeit money floating around as well.

are there genuine suppliers out there in china,i have been ripped of way too much.any advice on real suppliers of lcd tv's in china.is there any safest method of payment?
